I’ve lived in the small Pacific nation of Solomon Islands for over eighteen months. Every Saturday morning we head to the Central Market in Honiara, the capital here on the island of Guadalcanal. It’s always fun, full of plenty of noise and a lot of curious faces. Each week we always try to purchase at least one new tropical vegetable or fruit that we haven’t attempted before.
